We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Contract Manager**to join our dynamic team in the Singapore construction industry. This role is crucial in overseeing **tendering, contracts, and project documentation**for roadworks, milling & patching, road marking, and pipe/cable laying projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **tendering and bidding process**from initial review to submission, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate **contracts, subcontracts, and project agreements**.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure contract deliverables are met.
- Analyze tender documents, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain **accurate contract records**, cost estimates, schedules, and progress reports.
- Monitor compliance with **regulatory standards, safety codes, and quality requirements**.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support commercial teams in **claims management, variations, and dispute resolution**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field**.
- Proven experience in **contract management and tendering**within the Singapore construction sector.
- Strong understanding of **roadworks, utilities installation, and infrastructure projects**.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s **construction laws, regulations, and safety standards**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
