Our Investment and Asset Management department reviews and formulates strategies to enhance our hotels’ performance and identify new business opportunities. It has a wide scope covering Investment and Asset Management, Corporate Planning, Internal and External analytics, market research and studies, Asset Enhancement, Business Development and Group-wide Strategic Initiatives for our portfolio of Hotels, Commercial, Residential and Retail components.

We are looking for an Analyst, Investment & Asset Management, to join our Southeast Asia & Australasia region team in Singapore.

**As an Analyst, we rely on you to**:
Corporate Planning

Closely support the Regional CEO in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide analytical support and prepare reports for management review.
Compile and track key regional indicators for use in presentations to senior management.
Conduct market research and process data to support regional strategy.

Investment & Asset Management

Assist in the preparation of various cash flow, valuation projections, reports and dashboards.
Facilitate the rollout of investment strategies and initiatives with the hotels.
Participate in other regional asset related and corporate projects.

**We are looking for someone who**:
Has a Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, Finance, Surveying or relevant discipline.
Has at least 2 years of experience in real estate, financial analysis, consulting, research and business strategy.
Is knowledgeable in business and possesses financial acumen.
Is proficient in Microsoft Office and analytic software.
Is able to manage multiple projects and large amount of data.
Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
Is looking to grow a career in the hospitality real estate sector.
