**Position Description**:
The Senior Manager, Project Portfolio is accountable for the implementation of the E&PS one project portfolio approach. This includes portfolio data governance, support for training / development of internal & external project managers and providing mentorship and resource for development of insights through the portfolio. A core function of this role will be to facilitate the Capture, Visualization and Analysis of E&PS project portfolio data to support the roles of the Regional Project Delivery teams and other E&PS functions & Business Partners.

Key relationships include the regional E&PS Project Delivery, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Operations teams and other regional E&PS Functional Partners, Strategic Business Partners and designated Segment Partners.

**Core responsibilities include**:
**Develop**
- Develop global portfolio capability and understanding of the role
- Act as a catalyst in the development of a mature partnership between OPP / PD / FM / RE / Bus Ops

**Collaborate**
- Point of contact for designated E&PS Partners
- Collaborate with FEL on relevant projects through sharing of portfolio information & insights
- Liaise with Finance on capital portfolio spending plan and monitor at the regional and global level
- Facilitate global level Portfolio Review meetings
- Facilitate the Business & Capital Planning processes through the capture / visualization / analysis of relevant project portfolio data and promote the linkage with the E&PS and NCHC coverall strategy

**Capture / Visualize / Analyze**
- Ensure the process and governance for the compilation and reporting of project data is adhered to across the organization and striving for continuous improvement
- Validate aggregated portfolio data (high level review, challenge & test robustness of data)
- Incorporate IPA and other benchmarking
- Identify and monitor any specific portfolio budget’s alignment of E&PS or assigned Business Partners to targets and challenge if applicable. Specific requirements to be adapted for each key partners & aligned with Strategic Business Partners
- Provide analysis & reporting to the sub-regional level. Management of requests for new reports / datasets with global portfolio team and alignment on insights and business intelligence support
- Coordinate and aggregate portfolio visualizations & analysis
- Assess Portfolio KPIs and relate to BVR data, lessons learned data - formulate feedback, trends, etc.

**Qualifications** Required Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Construction
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Delivery management
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in Project Portfolio / Program Management
- Experience of working with various Business Partners. e.g. supply chain, commercial etc
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to focus strategically while maintaining a tactical focus
- Ability to extract and analyze data to provide business insights
- Ability to work in a team environment of professionals with diverse skills and competencies
- Skilled in the presentation of data to Senior management
