**Education / Experience**:

- IT Fresher
- Perform backup and upgrade of network appliance configuration and firmware
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise
- Develop and maintain technical and configuration documentation
- Documenting and explaining network topologies, diagram and diagram
- Perform standby duties as required
- Perform Post-Sales Operations and Support
- Quality Escalation Management, Account Management/Review and ensure that all SLA/KPI are met
- Perform additional tasks and supporting special projects, as required

**Skill sets**:

- Technically inclined and hands on, keen to pick up new technology and skillsets
- Knowledge in Layer 2 and 3 routing and switching
- Some knowledge in configuring and deploying network switches and routers
- Some experiences with Load balancing and Application Delivery Controller technologies
- Some experiences in High Level Design, Low Level Design and test plans
- Some experiences in Cisco ACI - Spine-leaf switches, APIC, Nexus switches
- Some experiences on NSX & VXLAN VMware NSX-T/NSX-V, NSX Edge, NSX logical router, NSX Load balancer, NSX distributed Firewall
- Knowledge in creating ACLs, TCP/IP subnetting, and VLAN trunking
- Good team player who can also carry out assignments independently
