**Job Description**:

- Ability to decompose complex interrelated software systems to develop solutions that are easier to conceive, understand, program, and maintain in the long-run
- Ability to analyze, experiment, observe, and refine solutions for multifaceted technical problems
- Strong communication skills and sense of ownership to drive change
- Ability to prioritize multiple conflicting assignments while driving pragmatic decisions
- Exposure to test driven development and continuous integration
- Hands-on experience in scripting, data analysis, and data visualization
- 5 years of software development using high-level programming languages such as C++, C# and.Net Framework

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
