**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our car leasing company located near Yio Chu Kang MRT. This role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, and supporting the leasing process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle rental inquiries, bookings, and contract processing.
- Explain rental terms, pricing, insurance options, and safety guidelines.
- Verify customer documents (license, ID, payment) and ensure compliance with rental policies.
- Assist with vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and customer interactions.
- Promote additional services (e.g., insurance, accessories, tours).
- Coordinate with mechanics and logistics teams for vehicle availability and maintenance.
- Process payments, refunds, and security deposits.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent; diploma in business or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Details**:

- **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
