**Responsibilities**:
**As a Strategy and Consumer Insights Director focused on the airline industry, you will play a pivotal role in**:

- ** Consumer Behavior Analysis**:Conducting in-depth analysis of consumer behavior and preferences within the airline sector, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.**:

- ** Market Research**:Leading comprehensive market research initiatives to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities in the airline industry.**:

- ** Customer Segmentation**:Utilizing advanced segmentation techniques to categorize airline customers based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic attributes, enabling targeted marketing and personalized experiences.**:

- ** Consumer Journey Mapping**:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map the end-to-end consumer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.**:

- ** Strategic Planning**:Developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer acquisition and retention, and optimize overall business performance for airline clients.**:

- ** Client Engagement**:** Building strong relationships with airline clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in delivering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges and objectives.**:
**Qualifications**:

- ** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.**:

- ** At least 8-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, consumer analytics, or consumer insights within the airline/travel industry.**:

- ** Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.**:

- ** Deep understanding of consumer behavior principles, market research methodologies, and customer segmentation strategies.**:

- ** Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and insights to diverse stakeholders.**:

- ** Proven track record of driving measurable business results and delivering value to airline clients through strategic initiatives.**:
