**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Greet and seat guests as per SOP.

2. Handle all guests’ inquiries and follow up accordingly.

3. Handle and manage all reservations ensuring information is recorded correctly and followed up accordingly.

4. Responsible for guests’ check control.

5. To be aware and ensure that the billing is carried out correctly.

6. Maintain and upkeep the hostess stand.

7. Maintain adequate supplies of clean and tidy menus.

8. Maintain excellent inter-departmental relations and share the latest restaurant information with all departments concerned.

9. Monitor the needs and special requirements of regular guests.

10. To be fully aware and have knowledge of the restaurant’s menus, prices, and other operation details at all times.

11. Maintain guests’ mailing list for the Restaurant.

12. Establish telephone etiquette.

13. Assist to ensure a safe working environment and prepare repair orders when necessary.

14. Assist to train and supervise other associates in the restaurant

15. Use the Total Quality Management process as a way of improving standards and service for our guests and all internal customers.

16. Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Good interpersonal skill
- Pleasant and friendly disposition
- At least with relevant hostess experience or relevant F&B experience
