**Responsibilities**:

- Enhance Sales Performance: Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement targeted strategies to optimize overall performance
- Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of campaign and fulfilment strategies. Ensure that campaigns are effectively communicated and delivered to maximize impact and engagement.
- Develop Product Propositions: Craft and fine-tune product propositions that effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of our offerings, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and target market needs
- Manage Product Communication: Oversee the Product mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Handle product-related communications to maintain clear and effective dialogue with stakeholders and financial representatives

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
- Min 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with an aptitude for fostering collaborative relationships.
- Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential; familiarity with Canva and Adobe programs is an added advantage.
