In this role, you will support our sales and accounts teams by building engaging marketing proposals and pitch decks tailored for clients in the gaming and esports space.

You will play an integral role in shaping creative marketing strategies—from offline activations and social media campaigns to sponsorship deck creation for our in-house gaming/esports events. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing industry with plenty of room for creativity and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling, visually attractive proposals and pitch decks for potential clients, tailored to their brand and goals in the gaming/esports space.
- Ensure all content is accurate and aligned with internal capabilities by working closely with the accounts team.

**Cross-Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable and within scope.

**Creative Campaign Ideation & Support**:

- Assist in brainstorming and developing marketing strategies, with a focus on custom campaigns for gaming/esports brands.
- Provide support for social media campaigns, brand activations, and influencer collaborations.

**Event & Sponsorship Marketing**:

- Help develop sponsorship decks and marketing materials for in-house gaming/esports events.
- Support the team in identifying and approaching potential sponsors, and assist in partnership follow-ups.

**Market Research & Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on trends in gaming, esports, streaming, and digital media.
- Research and provide insights on competitors, platforms, and relevant case studies to strengthen proposals.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, content creation, or proposal-building role.
- Strong interest or background in the gaming and/or esports industry.
- Skilled in building professional decks using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva.
- Creative thinker with excellent visual and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

**Others**:

- Experience in a creative agency or esports/gaming-related company.
- Knowledge of esports ecosystems, event formats, and digital platforms (Twitch, Discord, YouTube, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience supporting sponsorship or partnership sales.

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
