**The Role**:
As **Health & Wellness Executive (Intern), **you are responsible for:

- Assisting and supporting Insurance Innovations projects with the Innovations Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development of innovation projects, including insurtech and digital health solutions
- Manage, coordinate, and evaluate innovation projects that align with our innovation strategy
- Work closely with Innovations and Solutions team, as well as colleagues from our front offices
- Explore and execute strategic partnerships. This includes partner identification, screening, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and closing.

**Key Tasks**:

- Support for the strategic development of innovation projects, including:

- Engage in research relevant to existing innovation projects.
- Responsible for the strategic curation of support resources for innovation projects, including the development of content for various solutions and platforms.
- Brainstorm with the team in exploring future directions for insurtech solutions.
- Support and assist with project documentation where appropriate.
- Liaise with the Innovations Team and front office colleagues for assigned projects.

**Required Education/Work Experience**:

- Current final-year tertiary student enrolled in the final year of either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program.
- Majored in Allied Health Sciences, Communication Studies or any related discipline with interest/experience in Health & Wellness, Digital Innovations and/or Strategic Communications or similar.
