**Primary Objective(s) of Position**
- To source alternative quotes for fair comparison between vendors.
- Process purchase orders for Trade and Non-Trade parts for Trakindo external and internal customers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Process purchase orders for spare parts, engineering materials and internal customers.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve delivery issues.
- Track order status and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to support project schedules.
- Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Research potential suppliers and recommend if suitable.
- Submit monthly procurement reports to superior.

**Person Specifications**
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the spare parts trade.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Meticulous, highly organized and a team player.
- Possess good interpersonal, customer service and coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $2,400.00 per month
