**Overview**:
The **Operations Executive **is a key member of the Sigi Skin team, responsible for taking care of the many and varied components that are essential behind the scenes to keep the operation going. Responsibilities include managing supply chain, inventory and housekeeping, utilities, general supplies, overseeing marketing budgets and activations. As these responsibilities are varied, the Operations Executive is someone who enjoys multi-tasking, has very strong organization and communication skills and is great at problem solving in a variety of circumstances. They directly impact the profitability of the location through effective expense management practices and leave a lasting impression on our customer based on how they manage the after sales service complains and repairs.

They inspire, lead and develop the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience as exceptional people who are delivering exceptional product, building customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales and productivity targets. They proactively coaches and updates the sales team regularly on opportunities for continuous improvement of skills and knowledge. They foster a service environment that empowers and develops a cohesive and focused team that passionately creates unique and memorable service experiences that builds our brand and customer loyalty and delivers sales.

**1. Ecommerce Management**
- Own the ecommerce parts of the business. You’ll be maintaining our Shopify Plus, Shopee, Lazada and various online store platforms and overseeing its growth, optimization, and possible expansion into new geographic markets and retailer e-commerce
- Fulfilling daily orders from all our various online platforms
- Utilize data analytics to understand user behaviours, map out customer journeys, and leverage insights to unlock new growth and retention opportunities
- Implement organizational tools to transform analytical data into digestible insights and actionable strategy and continuously communicate insights back to team
- Work closely with the Marketing Executive on designing website layout and content as well as providing direction to continuously optimize customer experience.
- Work closely with the Business Development Executive to roll out promotions and ensure we grasps maximum exposure on all online platforms.
- Track customer returns, refunds, defectives, customer complaints and associates costs. Able to respond to customers regarding to this. Provide reports and feedback to relevant internal parties as required.
- Monitor trends and identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Able to streamline the e-commerce fulfilment process.

**2. Campaigns and Partnerships**
- To be able to identify brands that share the same ethos, values and potential target customers
- To think creatively and out of the box on ways to collaborate with these brands within budget to spread brand awareness of Sigi Skin
- Able to ideate, lead and execute these collaborations
- Continuously identify new programs and initiatives to drive the brand vision via organic and paid activations, supporting seasonal campaigns, always-on brand messages and influencer activities. Measure ROI, EMV and across initiatives to gauge success and inform future initiatives.

**3. Operations**
- Supervise sales floor, support a high energy, positive floor experience for staff and customers, observe productivity during pop-ups events
- Provides regular updates to staff through open communication encourages team to meet or exceed location sales and profitability targets, while role modelling desired behavior.

- Maintain inventory to ensure no stock-outs and to analyse trend
- Maintain good relations with all retailers from online to offline.
