- Conduct site measurements and valuations, preparing and submitting progress claims and payments
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and follow up on outstanding orders
- Review and analyze supplier performance, pricing, and contracts to secure cost savings
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, quotations, contracts, and supplier databases
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations
- Liaise closely with project managers, site teams, and other internal departments to coordinate purchasing and cost control activities
- Stay updated on market trends and new products to identify opportunities for cost savings and recommend alternative solutions
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, and contractual issues
