**Facade Design Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the facade design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to develop facade systems that align with project specifications and objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in facade materials, fabrication techniques, and installation methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices in facade engineering.
- Conduct facade performance analysis, including thermal, structural, and acoustic assessments.
- Manage design documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to evaluate facade materials and systems for cost, durability, and sustainability.
- Oversee on-site facade installation, addressing design-related issues and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and engineers in facade design principles and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging facade technologies, and advancements in sustainable facade design.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 **-5 years**of experience in facade design, engineering, or project management.
- Strong proficiency in facade design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, and other BIM tools.
- In-depth knowledge of facade materials, including glass, aluminum, steel, and composite panels.
- Experience with facade testing, performance evaluation, and environmental sustainability considerations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with international facade standards and building regulations.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in facade engineering or related professional accreditation.
- Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or high-rise facade projects.
- Understanding of digital design tools and parametric modeling.
