Trainee Supervisor

**Job Scopes for Trainee Supervisor**
- Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the student
care centre’s operation efficiently and effectively.
- Optimise centre’s class scheduling and improve teachers’ performance, students’
Progress and customers’ satisfaction.
- Serve all customers with high service standard and be a strong advocate for the
company’s brands.
- Set the direction for parent partnership, community engagement and talent
Management.
- Management and optimization of centre resources (e.g stationeries and teaching
materials).
- Implementation of specific centre programs, initiatives and events.
- Liaise with MSF and other authorities concerning matters related to the centre’s
Operations.
- Develop strategies to drive and market student recruitment sales to achieve targets set for the centre and maintain the school’s student enrolment to
maximise the school capacity.
- Responsible for growth with bottom-line responsibility reporting and ensure
profitability of the centre.
- Select, coach and mentor teachers to maximise their professional relationship
with parents, harmonious working relations with colleagues and teaching
performance for the growth of students under their care.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with parents.
- Organise events to support cultural, festive events and green environment.
- Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements
for the centre's operation.
- Support corporate marketing initiatives, including events such as roadshows,
workshops, etc.
- Conduct teachers’ meeting and attend management’s monthly meeting after
working hour.
- Responsible for marketing and branding of student care centre.
- Coach for pupils under his/her charge in homework completion and preparations for school assessment (including spelling, tests and exams).
