Training Related:
1. External - Conduct crane safety & operation training

2. Internal - Conduct new-hires orientation training

3. Internal - Organise trainings to uphold the competency level of both technical / non-technical staffs

4. Fine-tune existing training materials and assist Manager to upkeep training syllabus

5. Administrative duties pertaining to training

Safety & Quality

1. Coordinate quality issues pertaining to Quality Control and ISO

2. Support departments with safety related documentations e.g. Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, Lifting Plan, BizSAFE etc

3. Conduct safety inspections in-house & on-site

4. Coordinate site safety matters as and when needed

Any other duties and tasks assigned by the Management as and when required.
