**Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, sharing expert product knowledge and driving sales with enthusiasm and professionalism.
You will greet and assist our customers visiting the showroom, addressing their needs and preferences.
You will also manage and maintain a clean and organized showroom to enhance the shopping experience.
You will provide support via the hotline, including responding to messages, addressing customer questions or concerns, providing estimates based on their specific needs and requirements and scheduling site visits for customers.
You will attend to the client requests for servicing and coordinate the scheduling with our service team.
In addition, you will maintain records on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring accurate documentation.
**What will the Right Person look like?**
- Applicants with a Diploma/Degree in Business or related field, with a proven experience in retail sales or customer service related roles are welcome to apply.
- You can commit to work on Saturdays / Sundays.
- You have a passion for excellent customer service and sharing our products with the customers.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong command in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) as this role requires you to liaise with our internal and external stakeholders.
