Your role will involve supervising staff, organizing shifts, promoting our salon services, and maintaining detailed records of expenses and revenues. Your goal will be to enhance client satisfaction and drive our revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the salon.
- Hire and train hair stylists as needed.
- Schedule shifts for employees, considering peak times and seasonal demands.
- Coordinate regular maintenance for all salon equipment.
- Ensure the salon adheres to strict hygiene standards.
- Guarantee that all hair treatments meet high-quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive staff records, including salaries and working schedules.
- Process client payments and track all financial transactions.
- Keep accurate records of costs and revenues (daily, monthly, and quarterly).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hair salon industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Stylist role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of hair treatments and products.
- Basic bookkeeping skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Capability to gracefully manage customer requests and complaints.
