**JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the HSE department to identify and assess any foreseeable risks, control measures and mitigations at work site.
- Recommend the person in-charge of the worksite to take reasonably practicable measures to minimize or eliminate identified risks.
- Assist to review RA & SWP. Conduct site inspections to ensure RA & SWP has been followed.
- Asssit HSE department to implement and review WSHEMS and IMS (Integrated Management System).
- Assist in Internal and External audit and its Improvement Program & Maintaining the Company's IMS sustaining the ISO45001&14001 (Safety & Environmental).
- Assist to implement PTW & Lifting Plan, Fall Prevention Plan & Traffic Control Plan and necessary required implementation by the Client or Consultant.
- Assist project team and management regarding relevant licenses and permits has been in place and implemented.
- Ensure WSH act, regulations and relevant authority's compliances in place and practice on the worksite.
- Assist to conduct safety related training, campaigns, and safety awareness for the team.
- Assist to identify unsafe conditions, practices and advise reasonable practical measures to control risks.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the WSHO/WHSM and management.
- Assist in the implementation & Continual review of WSHEMS.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining company's, CONSAAS & safety audits requirements.
- Possess construction safety supervisor course.
- Possess work at height supervisor course.
