About the team
Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze creator's need for fans and community maintenance, develop corresponding tools in LIVE room.
- Optimize current and develop new viewer and creator's progression systems (User level, etc).
- Discuss with other team members regarding LIVE products, offer applicable suggestions.
- Research on how to help creators to build their own off-site communities, such as discord channels.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years plus experience as LIVE stream or video apps' PM / 3 years plus experience as game designer.
- Have good knowledge and understanding about Youtube, Instagram, Twitch, and other LIVE stream & video platform businesses. Successful creator experience is a big plus.
- Experience in data analysis is a big plus.
- Discord channel or other forum management/operation experience is a plus.
