Join our crew Founded in 2018, Alpha Marine was started to encourage everyone to embark on their own sailing adventure. In Singapore, we are currently best known for hosting sailcations and short trips on our yachts. But without the restrictions of the pandemic, we would usually be sailing around the world from Thailand to Japan.

We have 4 fabulous Yachts and a small but close knit team of 25 employees strong You are welcome to join our family

We are looking for crew members that are able to work with rotating Yacht captains, have good listening skills and be able to take command from the Yacht captain when sailing the vessel. It is also important to be punctual, respectful and take care of the customers on board, assisting them when they need any help within your duties. Must be willing to do some physical work in keeping the vessel clean. Alignment and understanding of our company's values and mission would help you to determine if this path would suit you and us.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Manage customers and provide excellent guest experience
- Managing and ensuring overall cleanliness and functionality of the boat
- Providing customer services to guests onboard (serving utensils, serving food and drinks, engaging guests in conversation)
- Cleaning and scrubbing of the deck before sail
Preferred Qualifications:

- Electrical/ marine studies/hospitality would be preferred
