**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote our products and services to prospective customers through various sales channels, including in-person interactions and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.
- Coach and mentor team members to help them achieve their sales targets and develop their leadership skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be self-motivated and results-driven.
