Senior Florist

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and produce high-quality floral creations: bouquets, hampers and stands
- Lead development of seasonal and new product collections, including concept creation, sourcing, costing, and rollout
- Oversee daily operations: condition stock, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate deliveries
- Plan and manage peak‑period workflows (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Christmas)
- Track budgets and cost margins, recommending efficiency improvements

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years' floristry experience
- Strong leadership: able to train, delegate, and manage a small team
- Excellent botanical knowledge and design sense, with attention to trends and seasonality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $2,800.00 per month
