**About the Role**:
We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused **Senior Product Marketing Manager**to lead go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption. You will take ownership of product positioning, develop innovative marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize product success. Your expertise will help shape our product messaging and solidify our market presence.
Note: this is **senior individual contributor role**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Go-to-Market Strategy**:Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for PropertyGuru's key consumer and B2B products and solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- **Positioning & Messaging**:Craft compelling product narratives that highlight unique value propositions and resonate with PropertyGuru’s target audiences in our 2-sided marketplace
- **Customer Insights**:Work with our researchers to conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform marketing strategies and product improvements
- **Sales Enablement**:Understand what is needed in terms of tools, training, and resources to empower the sales team to communicate product value effectively
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record in senior roles
- Demonstrated success in leading product launches and marketing campaigns
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in B2B or technology sectors preferred
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset with strong project management skills
