- Manage workflow efficiently to meet daily operational demands

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in floristry with strong technical skills in floral arrangement
- A team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong creative sense with the ability to develop original designs
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
