Job Responsibilities:

- Define project scope and objectives.
- Develop project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Measure project performance, report and escalation to management.
- Manage and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of projects, including tracking of progress, scheduling of meetings, delivery of project and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met, and to address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities and maintain existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and procurement, to ensure the successful roll out of projects.
- Prepare and present project reports, including identification of risks, timelines, to senior management.
- Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for process and system improvements.
- Develop and maintain all project documentation, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator, preferably in the medical industry or lab services.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge on medical equipment and lab services is an added advantage.
- Experience with business development, including lead generation and prospecting.
- Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Knowledge of Project Management Tools such as JIRA, Sharepoint, MS Project, Power BI etc
- Preferably to possess PMP or Prince 2 certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
