About the Preschool Teacher Trainee (Full Sponsorship) Programme:Under our Preschool Teacher Trainee (Full Sponsorship) programme, you will be given opportunities to further your studies in the field of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) while concurrently gaining valuable real-life working experience at our centres under our “Place-and-Train” model.

As a Trainee Preschool Teacher, you will be meticulously groomed under the exceptional care of experienced Preschool Teachers (mentors) while working and gaining first-hand exposure to the daily responsibilities as a Preschool Teacher under our participating centres.

Throughout your journey with us, you will be paid an attractive starting salary (coupled with progressive increments) while being fully sponsored to complete your Professional Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (“PDECCE”).

Upon completion of theprogramme, you will be converted to a full-time, certified Preschool Teacher while serving the required bond with our Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure well-being of children at the centre especially safety and hygiene
- Prepare and organize teaching activities according to lesson plans
- Conduct observation and assessment on children’s learning progress

**Requirements**:

- Degree/ Diploma from a local polyclinic (of any discipline) OR
- Proficiency in English or Chinese language (in order to carry out teaching duties and also to handle queries and concerns from English and Chinese speaking parents.)
- Basic computer skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
