**Your new company**
This is a confidential, exclusive search for a large local organisation within the public sector field.
**Your new role**
This newly created role sits within an HR team that is going through a large restructure where senior roles are created to ensure sustainable and efficient change throughout the organisation. You will be the 2 IC working closely with the CHRO on various transformational projects, coaching senior leadership teams, reviewing HR policies as well as improving operational excellence.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll have a combination of both private and public sector experience where your policy experience will come to the forefront. Additionally your experience in overseeing the full HR cycle and transforming change in the past will be essential in this role. You'll have a hands on approach to ensure you are not only able to recommend strategic change, but assist various teams on how to ensure best practise in various HR functions. You'll have experience in bringing various stakeholders on the change journey with a professional, positive mindset where problem solving is key in large organisations.
