You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.

**How you will contribute**

You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

- Drives strategic planning and sourcing activities, practices Mondelēz International Leadership Imperatives and Values to optimize performance and enhance talent management

- Delivers effective talent and performance management by establishing clear objectives and by providing feedback to team members

Stakeholder Engagement
- Reinforces supplier commercial relationships, define contract and risk mitigation strategies for strategic partners in Region (AMEA) and in coordination with the Global CAPEX-MRO network
- Establishes excellence criteria by assessing suppliers’ potential and strategic segmentation
- Strengthens team collaboration + supplier relationships (supplier partnership excellence)
- Optimizes and aligns stakeholders throughout the end-to-end sourcing process

- Experience in managing multiple business units and plants from various locations

**Education / Certifications**:

- Degree holder in business management &/or related field
- MBA + Procurement professional qualification, preferred

**Job specific requirements**:

- Minimum five (5) years Procurement and Supply Chain or related CAPEX and/or MRO and/or EM specific experience
