**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure the regulatory compliance of business activities with relevant local law and regulations and upkeep the changes
- To assist in cascading the knowledge of regulatory compliance and regulatory objectives and targets to all departments
- To update and review the Material Master and ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation
- To ensure products are distributed in compliance with legislation in aspects of products, Environment, Safety and Health
- To outline requirements for labelling, storage and packaging
- To assist in regulatory interactions with regulatory agencies, including preparation of the required documents or reports
- To support sales and marketing department by providing product regulatory compliance support
- To assist in updating and maintaining ISO related requirements
- To participate and work closely with all departments in process improvement and identification of best practices recommendation and implementation thereof

**Requirements**:

- At least a Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in Chemical industry or related field
- Basic working knowledge of SAP system
- Meticulous, possess positive attitude and excellent follow-up skill
- Able to work under pressure and with great sense of urgency
