AIG Underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, and Multinational Clients. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. How you will create an impact

Independently underwrite risks and structure complex programs received from Key Partners
Support Business Package product underwriting trainings in Agency and brokers to help them understand Business Package products' risk appetite and identify areas for growth
Assist to maximizing the usage of Business Package's online platform in key distribution channels
Assist to expand Business Package business via broker channel
Assist PCM to manage and improve the underwriting processes and procedures in compliance to the Business Package underwriting guidelines and risk appetite
Achieve profitable growth target and assist to drive business strategies for the department and ensure that strategies are executed and monitored

What you’ll need to succeed

Possess recognized insurance qualification and/or relevant tertiary degree from a recognized institution
Relevant underwriting experience in Business Package products or Commercial Property in Singapore
A flexible approach in a changing work environment
Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude, dealing with ambiguity and attention to details
Customer focus mindset and team player
