**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin cum Planner to join our team. This multifaceted role combines administrative duties with strategic planning responsibilities.**
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Handle internal and external communications
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- File and organize important documents
- Provide general support to staff members
**Planning Duties**:
- Assist in the development and execution of long-term strategies
- Coordinate and plan specific projects
- Manage resource allocation, including staff time, budgets, and physical resources
- Plan and oversee events as needed
- Monitor progress and report on various projects to stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or planning role
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MYOB
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Office: 1 year (preferred)
