- As a Senior Technology Manager / Platform Leader have expertise on developing 24x7, active-active platforms to meet products and regulatory requirements for performance SLA and availability.

**What you will do**
- Position is for Senior Technology Manager / Platform Lead, responsible for the building in-house solutions to support APAC Operations group and GTS Business for Payments, Trade and Receivables domain.
- She or He will provide technical directions and previous hands-on implementation experience to deliver transformation strategies across various channels and clearings
- She or He will be responsible for building and leading a team of technology specialist and developers to deliver products and services that meet business outcomes.
- She or He will ensures people development through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development.
- Develop technology strategies and ensures technology solutions comply with applicable standards. This role advocates and advances modern, agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering and organizational practices.
- Manages relationships with the business and technology leaders, and vendors for technical products. Accountable for solution delivery management as relevant to their teams e.g. prioritizing tech debt, compliance and security items, and supporting audits.
- Accountable to ensure all relevant risk, financial, and compliance polices and standards are met.
- Creates the technology strategy for their technical domain. Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
- Leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization. Manages a team.
- Liaise between enterprise and program technical leaders and Architects
- Propagate innovation, technical solution assets and best practices. Experience in deploying AI Robotics, Banking APIs Fin tech and emerging technology solutions is desired.
- Create and use intellectual capital to solve diverse technical and business problem in an innovative way.
- Leads the creation of the value proposition, solution and associated cost cases for complex, multi-year opportunities which meet the client requirements and assist in solving their business problems.
- Owns the definition of the technical solution and is the primary source of engagement management and solution design for Product enhancements.
- Develop Technology Backlog and its refinement, determine feasibility and timing of solution (if needed)
- Articulate the business and technical value of solutions and products to senior managers and technical decision makers.
- Strong knowledge of Agile development and delivery through multi-disciplined Scrum teams; especially knowledge of Product Owner and Scrum Master roles
