Ensure compliance and practice of Company's QEHS Management System for the project
- Lead the safety team in the implementation and monitoring of environmental, health and safety plans / measures
- Liaise with relevant authorities on matters pertaining to occupational safety and health
- Advice Project Director/Manager in occupational safety and health
- Review all risk assessments and risk management internally and externally
- Manage incidents' investigations, recommend corrective actions and follow-up on the implementations and effectiveness of actions taken
- Familiar with ConSASS Audits.
- Review and maintain site's environmental, health and safety records
- Perform other duties/tasks and sites assigned by immediate superior

**Job Requirements**
- MOM Registered Safety Officer
- At least 2 yrs. of EHS experience related in Process and Construction Industry representing main contractors
- Customer focused and able to response quickly to changing customer's requirements. Goal driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal, management and decision making skills
- Willing to work on weekend and public holiday when required
- Min. 2 years’ experience as a WSHO role in projects (preferably in demolition and new building construction nature of work) of contract sum more than SGD 50 million, preferably in the District Cooling Plant (DCP) industry, or in SP projects.
- Experience as a Workplace Safety and Health Auditor.
- Experience with Design for Safety (DFS) will be an added advantage.
