Global Business Development Director

We are looking for a Global Business Development Director to manage and grow one of our main clients.

**Key Responsibilities:
An energetic, strategically-inclined, hands-on proven leader, based in Singapore, this role demands a global, 'always-on', holistic/global approach to a client business spanning Asia and Europe.

In this role, you will have responsibility for the profitable running, growth and staffing of a fast moving piece of business across multiple projects in multiple time zones.

There will be a requirement for calls that start early and calls that start late (sometimes on the same day) as our client is largely based in the US.

You will need to grow your team and 'have your arms around' the business 24/7.

**Key Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of agency experience required, working on large, complex matrix client businesses in and beyond Asia.

Knowledge of MLM and P2P selling structures is also a plus.

Detailed understanding of strategic brand development is a requirement as is the ability to be a 'player manager' - senior at the top and sleeves-up on a daily basis.
