- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Implement and manage Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) systems to identify and address equipment abnormalities proactively
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Implement and maintain inventory control measures to ensure timely availability of necessary spare parts, minimize losses and reduce lead times
- Train and mentor equipment technicians on proper maintenance procedures and certifications
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new equipment installations, upgrades, and FDC utilization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment
- Proven track record of successfully managing equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing semiconductor equipment malfunctions
- Familiarity with industry-specific software for equipment monitoring, maintenance, and FDC
- Proven leadership skills in managing a team of equipment technicians
