We are an early-stage company seeking to contract an experienced recruiter that is passionate about helping people connect to much needed psychiatric services at home. We are revolutionizing the way tele-health is working in the home and now more than ever people are in need of care.

This is a great opportunity for anyone that is looking to venture into the startup world or high volume full-cycle recruiting.

Primary Responsibilities
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources, and ensure accurate and error-free advertising.
- Excellent customer service skills, communicates proactively and consistently with teams.
- Submits daily / weekly recruiting reports to internal leadership team.
- Supports coordination of interviews for qualified applicants with client department hiring management.
- Schedules pre-placement testing where applicable.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- End to end clinical recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
- You've closed doctors, nurses, or similar roles preferably in-house at a fast-paced startup.
- Proven experience recruiting high-volume non-exempt positions (or at least a passion for learning).
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Previous experience using Google Suite, Sheets, Slack, Asana, Lever - or the ability to learn systems quickly.
- Experience collecting and reporting on recruiting funnel metrics.
