**What the role is**
- The Resilience and Engagement Division (RED) empowers and connects citizens to build a flourishing society in Singapore. This is done through strengthening a sense of national identity and integration, building a culture of care and volunteerism, and embedding partnership and engagement into the everyday life and work of the Public Service.
You will be part of the SG Cares Office who is responsible for developing policies for and promoting volunteerism and philanthropy in Singapore. The Strategic Development Team works closely with community partners to grow the volunteer and philanthropy sector by identifying strategic thrusts, providing evidence-informed recommendations, and establishing strategic collaborations for the SG Cares Community Networks. This includes corporate planning processes and aligning internal and external stakeholders’ interests.

**What you will be working on**
- As a member of the Strategic Development Team, you will:

- Engage local planning agencies and community stakeholders to understand and map the local volunteering landscape and needs.
- Collaborate closely with the SG Cares Volunteer Centres, National Intermediaries and community partners to design, develop, execute, monitor and evaluate volunteerism programmes and processes in driving the SG Cares Movement’s efforts.
- Facilitate people-public-private sectors collaborations and activations as well as co-plan and develop programmes in the community.
- Develop capabilities for volunteer recruitment, deployment, and management for the SG Cares Community Networks.
- Identify trends, needs and gaps using ground insights to inform and equip community partners with the capabilities and resources to deliver services and programmes on the ground to drive sustained volunteerism and philanthropy efforts in Singapore.
- Plan and execute partnerships, marketing and communication strategies aligned to SG Cares.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 2 -3 years of experience in outreach, partnership, or stakeholder management work
- Ability to network easily and build strong collaborations with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and versatility in dealing with different types of partnerships.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, good multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with teams.
- Experience in marketing, events organisation and/or programme management will be an advantage.
