**Overview**

We are a leading distribution Company within the **Aesthetic and Medical industry **, and we are expanding. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individuals who are skilled in business development and accelerate in selling & product presentation to join us.

**Objective of this role**
- This is a full-time position with extensive traveling covering **Malaysia market **. Familiarity selling to doctors, physician, and medical professional in private, group, and hospital settings is a plus.
- Identify and evaluate potential **sales leads **through networking and online research.
- **Communicate effectively **to foster relationships with new and existing client.
- Plan and execute **sales strategies **to achieve revenue targets **.
- Conduct **product demonstrations/ presentations **to medical professionals and provide product expertise & training pre & post-sales.
- Cold calling, prospecting, forecasting, territory management, and customer management.
- Participate in event/exhibition/trade show/webinar, online and offline activities.
- Develop business strategies with customers to ensure their success.
- Be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for elevating sales.
- Sales delivery of products provided to the end users including product instalment, fitting, and usage.
- Perform marketing research and customisation of corporate marketing collateral.
- Successful track record in lead generation, sales and negotiation. Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports in timely manner.
- Report all knowledge and information regarding sales activities, customers gained and lost, competitive activities, results of marketing programs and etc to the Management.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in related field (Medical/ Science/ Pharma/ Nursing)
- Minimum of 3 years of in sales or business development roles in healthcare/Aesthetic industry, with a strong clinical background is a plus.
- **Strong communication skills **and experience delivering Clinical presentations and demonstrations.
- **Exceptional sales skills **and the ability to demonstrate product features using related medical terminology.
- Demonstrable ability to work and adapt in fast-paced environment independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Hunter mentality and hunger for achieving targets.
- Self-Starter and highly motivated.
- Willing to travel for sales and marketing activities
