A TCM Wellness Company seeks a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team.

**Reporting Function**

This role reports directly to the Outlet Manager.
- Deliver consistent, professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapies, including foot massage.
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, treatment rooms, and all other areas within the outlet.
- Prepare necessary treatment products and manage the replenishment of stock, including towels and other supplies.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
- Follow and implement the instructions provided by the Outlet Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Possession of an ITEC, WSQ certificate, or equivalent massage certification is preferable.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Commitment to a 6-day work week.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
