**Responsibilities**:
**Involve in one or more teams in supporting and maintaining systems.**
- Report to the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to fulfil contractual KPI.
- Assist Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to deliver contract deliverables within budget.
- Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.
- To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.
- Liaison with procurement and vendors.
- Perform after-office hour standby for fault activation.
- Arrange and attend monthly meetings with customers.
- Provide engineering services and support to facilitate equipment adequacy, obsolescence, configuration and design.
- Provide or recommend technical solutions to mitigate Radio Frequency Communication systems/equipment failures.
- Required to travel and work at customer premise(s).

**Requirements**:

- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Positive work ethics and team player.
- Takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments.
- Able to work effectively in an indoor and outdoor environment.
- Preferably with some knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns).
- Preferably with experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines: (Radio Communications, basic networking skills, computer/servers, embedded systems and/or UPS). Other Engineering-related experience maybe considered.
- Evident in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Power-point & Excel).
- Preferably with Class 3 Driving License.

**Other Information**:

- Office working hours (0830H to 1800H).
- 5 Days work week with standby / Recall duties required (allowances provided)
- Required to climb up and down due to need to work at height, if required and carry heavy equipment.
