**Description**
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and product presentations tailored to client goals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Keep CRM records up to date with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
