DESIGNATION : Infant Care Educarer (EY2)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake the teaching of a class in accordance with the school’s agreed policies and guidelines.
- Plan and carry out the daily programme, developmental and care-giving tasks as assigned.
- Create meaningful language opportunities for children where a love for language can be promoted.
- Document children’s learning through contributions towards newsletters, class panels and children’s portfolios.
- Attend to the health, hygiene and safety needs of the infants.
- Create a safe environment and provide the best possible care to infants under their care.
- Build and maintain good rapport with parents.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Obtained at least a Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY), ECDA LON EY1 or EY2 Trained
- First Aid Certificate recognized by ECDA
