**Roles & Responsibilities**

Role & Responsibilities
- Handle enquires such as inventory availability, order status, shipping instructions and customer request.
- Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by performing monitor and coordinating deliveries and shipments.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve discrepancies issues.
- Ensure proper documentation is accurately processed and recorded.
- Daily cycle count prompted via system to ensure stock accuracy.
- Proper housekeeping and maintaining of storage area and MHE assigned.
- Require to operate machinery, forklift or truck to hoist and transport items.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience in the logistics industry.
- Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.
- Positive and team player.
