**Job Description
- Working with Marketing Manager in organizing, developing, and executing

data-driven, brand-aligned digital marketing plans for all online

channels/e-Commerce platforms
- Manage MDADA’s product portfolio on website and marketplaces (such as Shopee,

Lazada etc.) including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns, defect

management, and content updates
- Assist in developing effective online campaigns and e-Commerce strategies to

acquire new customers and maximize potential opportunities
- Provide SEO/SEM/affiliation and Digital Marketing through innovation and process

improvements to drive optimisation and organic traffic growth
- Handle day-to-day e-Commerce operations, such as customer service, after sales

and invoicing control to ensure smooth running of website and marketplaces
- Work closely with multiple teams (fulfilment, logistics, inventory) to maintain accurate

stock levels, stock lead times, and timely shipments across all e-Commerce

platforms
- Provide analysis and performance reports of e-Commerce KPIs (sales, conversion

rate, traffic etc.) and recommending changes to improve e-Commerce performance

to achieve P&L results

- Keeps up-to-date with the latest e-Commerce related development and maintains

awareness of market trends in the retail industry (especially in the beauty industry)

**Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in any e-Commerce/ online marketing/ online

merchandising related role
- Knowledgeable in e-Commerce CMS systems such as Shopify and Shopline etc.
- Working knowledge of principles in SEO including keyword search and Google

Analytics
- Attention to detail and understanding of beauty/retail/e-commerce trends
- Takes initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Have a good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Canva etc.)

or any image editing skills will be advantageous
- Strong executional, time-management and prioritisation skills with ability to work

under tight deadlines and multi-task
