**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deploy intelligent automation solutions that enable continuous improvement across operations
- Integrate commercial AI tools, platforms, and models for scalable deployment
- Champion best practices in model monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management
- Analyze production data from MES, SCADA, and sensor systems to uncover actionable insights
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Snowflake and other cloud native services to support model development and analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational challenges into data-driven strategiesDevelop visualizations and dashboards that empower teams to make informed decisions

**Required Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL Server
- Proficiency in Python for data wrangling and model development
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for driving operational excellence through data and automation

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as Azure ML and practical deployment workflows
- Exposure to industrial data systems (MES, SCADA, PLCs) and IoT architectures
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and model governance
- Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process control methodologies
- Visualization experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar toolsExperience with Databricks for scalable model training and orchestration
