**Responsibilities**:
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Razer Game Services team to enhance and optimize game operations for our partners in the gaming industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the execution of game operations, live events, and publishing campaigns to grow our partners' presence in key emerging markets**:Southeast Asia (SEA), Latin America (LATAM), and the Middle East & North Africa (MENA)**.
- Assist in coordinating across internal teams—Art, Marketing, Community, and Product—to deliver best-in-class operational support across multiple live game projects.
- Contribute to the planning and rollout of regional initiatives, promotions, and in-game events that drive player engagement and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, player preferences, and localization opportunities specific to each region.
- Help maintain effective communication and workflow alignment between cross-functional and regional teams.
- Strong passion for games and a keen interest in game publishing, operations, and player experience.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and cultures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in **additional languages** relevant to **SEA, LATAM, or MENA** is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana) is preferred.
