**Responsibilities**:

- ** Develop and implement a comprehensive insurance strategy for the Asia region that aligns with the company's overall business objectives**:

**Qualifications**:

- ** Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred**:

- ** At least 12-15 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a focus on the insurance industry**:

- ** Strong understanding of insurance industry dynamics and trends in the Asia region**:

- ** Proven experience in leading and managing M&A activities, from target identification to deal execution**:

- ** Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills**:
