**Job Overview**:
The graduate program is deliberately designed to ensure that the successful graduates will experience all aspects of TD's technology and their relevant roles to our business. Graduates will be doing 4 rotations over a 2-year period across the different departments:

- Application Development
- Engineering and Support
- Testing Centre of Excellence
- Infrastructure Operation
- Technology Controls Office

In addition, there will be ad-hoc engagement sessions to expose our graduates to different experiences and learning opportunities as part of the program.

**Required Attributes and Skills**:

- Graduates with a Bachelor's degree. Preferred disciplines include Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, however open to all other fields of study
- Team player
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to review and improve existing processes, contribute to improve product quality
- Solid understanding of data structure, algorithms and proficient in asynchronous and concurrent programming concepts
- Good understanding of various approaches to data storage, indexing and test-driven development is highly advantageous
- Grasp on present day technology trends like Big Data, AI/ML led analytics, Automation and Self-service and design thinking concepts
